MEES Regulations:
EPC Rating E or Above
Since April 2023, it is unlawful to let a property in England and Wales with an EPC rating below E. Properties with F or G ratings cannot be legally rented. We can assess your property and recommend the most cost-effective measures to bring your EPC up to the required standard.

How often does a rental property need an EICR?
Since July 2020, landlords in England are legally required to have an EICR carried out every 5 years, or at the start of a new tenancy. The report must be provided to tenants within 28 days.
Can you improve my property's EPC rating?
